For us in death is there an afterlife?
Do we know what is on the other side?
We ask these questions all the time in life
But only answer it when we have died.

It is up to each of us to decide
If knowing answers now is what we need
Or if we can live life and set aside
The questions here and live and not concede

Once we are dead and our sweet soul is freed
We all have something we believe will be
But it is not worth dying in great speed
To answer questions, do you not agree?

I think to be content to know this fact
You will not know for sure with life intact.
