With special care she plans a new contest,
In which she announces her bright new form.
Coming up with complicated and best
Contests are her habit and her new norm.
All gathered around to see her new plan
Everyone can now see hard work ahead
Syllables are counted in a line span

Everyone is instructed and rules read
Very well, now work, Lady Wiccae laughs,
I will be watching you close in your crafts.
Lots of people will be writing you know.

Learning this new style that she has now shown,
As she sits back with a chuckle so low.
Using her power to make us all moan.

Society of today full of greed
Does teach our children lots, which is not good.
They see the greed and they misunderstood.
The base of greed is evil spawn indeed,
They think that gold is what they need to heed
To make a life of good.  But if I could
Tell them today is it so bad, I would.
I would tell them this path do not proceed.

So turn away my children dears, and hear
What I have said.  Do not let greed get near.
Do not let greed get in your heart and soul
For once it sticks and holds it will control
Your life. Then you will be no good you see
For evil will control the life of thee.

You had a new task to assess and appraise,
but all you did was condemn and deal a blow,
When all we were looking for was some small praise.

With the power you should have tried to amaze,
but no you only do harm, when you do – oh!
so uninspired by your hurtful, hateful ways.

With your knowledge you could have set us ablaze,
and inspired works of art. But it was no go,

Treat all students with respect, no matter their personal views
Explain their point of view, without forcing their opinions on you
Answer the question why, without creating animosity
Care and listen with an open mind to all points of view.
Help instill understanding when a student is confused and asks how.
Even make learning fun or exciting even if the subject is hard.
Really inspire students to greater things and make them want to do more.
Show and share knowledge without acting like they are better somehow.

All it takes is one look, to know if there will be spark
