The Enchanted Castle of Camelot

The walls that stand so tall in ages long past,
that hold the dreams we long to remember.
A noble royal king with crowns of gold,
while maidens sweet, that dance to merry tunes.

Our battling knights with virtuous ways
are killing dragons flame with mighty blows.
The tournaments and jousts were held for crowds,
to show the colorful of coats of arms.

The bards sing many songs in rhythmic rhymes,
while jester*s fun is when he makes you laugh.
But wizards hold most spectacular shows,
with knowledge of his magical of brews.

The enchanted castle of Camelot
holds dreams of things we long to remember.
And even though we can*t go back in time,
the walls still hold medieval memories.

The memories not just of king and queen,
but life so romantic, simple and gay.
The walls of Camelot hold these so true,
cause Camelot life is the fairy tale.

Stone walls that stand so tall in ages long past.
Holding dreams of things we long to remember.
Noble kings with crowns of gold upon their heads.
Maidens sweet, that dance to gay merry tunes.

Battling knights with virtuous ways,
Killing dragons flame with swift and mighty blows
Tournaments and jousts were held for crowds
And show off many wonderful coats of arms.

While the jester’s fun is when he makes you laugh.
But the wizard holds the most spectacular of shows,
With his knowledge of magical brews.

Enchanted Castles stand so tall and grand,
Holding dreams of things we long to remember.
And even though we can not go back in time,
They still hold memories of medieval life.

The Pearl

During midday the gallant King of Hearts does appear in a whirl,
In one hand a single rose and the other a necklace with a single pearl.

The King whispers the words and tries to profess,
I am not a romantic sort with any success.

Then he smiles softly and says the pearl is for the first year with you as my wife,
I will love you forever and I am glad you came into my life.

And a quickly as he came into the Queen’s place,
He was gone like the wind without a trace.

Later that eve when the moon was so clear.
The Queen drove up to the Castle that was near,

The Queen glided up the steps with delight,
As her King and her lover awaited inside with passions that night.

Again the King whispers the words and tries to profess,
I am not a romantic sort with any success

Then he smiles softly and touches the pearl around her sweet throat
and says this pearl is for the first year with you as my wife.
Then from behind him, he does show, the rest of his tote
And this string of pearls is for the rest of our life.
