The desert has a beauty all its own,
A rustic scene of something to behold.
As you look into what the winds have blown,
Extend it further out, it does unfold.
A sagebrush tumbles by unseen soft wind,
And only stopping when the wind dies down.
The sun has strong effects, as it can blind,
But shaded eyes detect the wonders found.
Where even though this rustic land is harsh,
It pictures rustic colorful of scenes.
The desert’s greenery is not the marsh,
But dry and special kind of color green.
So next, when you are at the desert skirt,
Look passed, see more, than just a bunch of dirt.

I am a Website Designer, but I love to write for fun. My passion is writing poerty as well as other things. I hope you have enjoyed my poems. And perchance there was one that made you smile or made you think, well then my job is done. I also have tryed my hand at writing a book, well more a fable, and instead of publishing through normal channels I have decided to give a copy to anyone that donates to help run my sites, You can find out more about this in the side panel of this blog. Thank you again for visiting.
Hi – very good website you have established. I enjoyed reading this posting. I did want to write a remark to tell you that the design of this site is very aesthetically pleasing. I used to be a graphic designer, now I am a copy editor. I have always enjoyed working with computing machines and am trying to learn code in my free time.
There is great information on this page. I am in love with your blog so far. I’ve added this blog to my Google Reader RSS subscriptions and will continue reading your work. I did have a problem with how fast the website loaded. Might be a problem to check out.
